What is the price of the 3D wooden panels and acoustic solutions?
The prices for our decorative 3D wooden panels range between €169/m² and €1015/m² net, depending on the wood species, series, and finish. The sound-absorbing HEXAGO acoustic panels are priced between €229 and €439 net per piece.
Do you offer customization services such as cutting and edge-veneering?
Yes. To guarantee a millimeter-precise fit, we offer the following services: 1. Cutting: The panels can be cut to millimeter precision according to your project plan (additional charge of €3.50 per panel). 2. Veneering: Visible edges can be veneered on request (additional charge of €3.50 per panel). 3. Corner solutions: We offer matching corner trims for inner and outer corners (price on request).
Which fire classification do the panels have?
As standard, the panels of the DEKOSTYL wall system (decorative and HEXAGO acoustic panels) have a decorative hardwax finish and achieve fire classification D-s2,d2. For public spaces, hotels and commercial areas with higher requirements, fire-retardant finishes such as Ciranova UN1CO oil or Hasse MEGA-PUR lacquer are available, reaching class B-s1,d0 (low flammability). Both classes are backed by certificate, which we provide for your project. The fire-retardant version slightly extends production time and involves additional cost.
Do the wooden panels have acoustic properties?
Decorative 3D panels are not marketed with a blanket absorption class. Geometric reliefs can scatter sound; quantitative acoustic values are stated only for specifically tested configurations. AGH measurements dated 11 May 2022 to ISO 354:2003 in a reverberation room are available for HEXAGO CM-A and HEXAGO P-A; those values are not transferred to other variants.
How are the wooden panels installed?
Installation depends on the specific product, build-up and substrate. Decorative panels and acoustic systems can require different manufacturer instructions and fixing methods. Substrate, fixing, required acclimatisation and available installation documents are therefore reviewed for the selected product and provided or requested through DEKOSTYL.
Can I order samples beforehand to check the wood species and feel?
Yes, absolutely. You can request an exclusive, physical sample box directly through our portal. This allows you to inspect the grain, light depth, and material effect of the real wood species (Oak, Ash, American Walnut) directly in your space.
How can reverberation and large wall areas be handled in commercial interiors?
Echo and reverberation depend on room geometry and reflective surfaces. Three-dimensional reliefs can influence sound scattering but are not automatically tested absorbers. Where defined sound absorption is required, products with suitable documented test configurations should be specified; AGH measurements are available for specific HEXAGO CM-A and HEXAGO P-A test set-ups.
