Technische Spezifikationen & Projektplanung
Die Preise für unsere Massivholzpaneele liegen je nach Holzart (Esche, Eiche oder amerikanischer Nussbaum), Serie und Oberflächenfinish zwischen 169 € und 1015 € pro Quadratmeter (netto). Da jedes Architekturprojekt einzigartig ist, erstellen wir Ihnen gerne ein individuelles Angebot passend zu Ihrem Budget.
Standardmäßig erreichen die mit Hartwachsöl veredelten Paneele die Brandschutzklasse D-s2,d2. Für öffentliche Projekte (z. B. Hotels oder Fluchtwege) können wir die Paneele ab Werk mit speziellen Brandschutzbeschichtungen (wie Ciranova UN1CO oder Hasse MEGA-PUR) versehen. Damit erfüllen sie die strenge Euroklasse B-s1,d0. Dies erfordert eine leicht längere Produktionszeit.
Unsere dekorativen 3D-Paneele (z. B. EDGE, SMOOTH) wirken durch ihre Geometrie als Schalldiffusoren und brechen den Schall. Wenn Sie den Schall aktiv absorbieren möchten, empfehlen wir unsere HEXAGO-Akustikserie. Diese wurde mit der AGH Universität in Krakau entwickelt und erreicht höchste Schallabsorptionswerte (Klasse A und Klasse D).
Die Montage der dekorativen Paneele is simpel: Sie werden mit Montagekleber direkt auf eine glatte, saubere und grundierte Wand geklebt (wie ein Puzzle). Unsere Akustikpaneele werden hingegen einfach an einem Wandhaken aufgehängt. Wichtig: Die Paneele sind ausschließlich für den Innenbereich geeignet und sollten vor der Montage 24 bis 48 Stunden im Raum akklimatisieren.
Die Paneele bestehen aus einer wasserfesten Birken-Multiplex-Basis (12 mm) und einer massiven Holzdeckschicht. Die Gesamtdicke der dekorativen Paneele variiert je nach Modell zwischen 14,5 mm und 30 mm. Die Akustikpaneele sind voluminöser und weisen Dicken zwischen 77 mm und 92 mm auf.
Es gibt keine Mindestbestellmenge (MOQ) – wir liefern auch Einzelstücke. Für Standardbestellungen bis 50 m² (oder 100 Akustikpaneele) beträgt die reguläre Produktions- und Lieferzeit etwa 5 bis 7 Wochen. Größere Projekte werden individuell koordiniert.
